Forward:
| People become
frustrate waiting to see any real changes
since the 1988 Mass Movement. After 911,
some State Sponsored Terrorist Regimes try
to label the strategy and tactical plans for
armed struggle against the military
dictatorship as terrorist activity. In our
Knowledge, Terror is different from Violent
(armed movement). We are not the terrorist
nor favor terrorism. We would not commit any
act of terrorism against the human
community. We want Democracy, Dignity and
Peace. Our aim is to rebuild the Democratic
State of BURMA with National Reconciliation,
Mutual Understanding, and Peace. |
Mission:

We would like to prefer UNSC’s resolution to
use coercive intervention on junta. It is
allowed on Article 7 of UN charter under the
condition of a failed state. We need to
stimulate on three areas: |

we
must show that the junta cannot
administer well for the safeguard and
goodwill of the people; humanitarian
crisis has occurred now, after UNDP’s
preventive aid for Burma ten years ago.
-
junta uses
excessive military force to crush the
democratic opposition in border areas.
-
They disband NLD
from legal entity.On these events, The
UNSC can make decision to neutralize the
all arms in the Military, or placed them
under inspection.
